Dr. Lee has a particular interest in how innovations in faculty development, leadership training, integrated technology, and open access can transform professional education and global health. Under her leadership, major initiatives include Academic Leadership Development, CELT, TUSK (open source system used in 15 countries), Tufts OpenCourseWare, and USAID One Health Core Competency Development (for pandemic training in Southeast Asia and Africa).

More on MOOCs from Wiki: A massive open online course (MOOC; /muːk/) is an onlinecourse aimed at unlimited participation and open access via the web. In addition to traditional course materials such as filmed lectures, readings, and problem sets, many MOOCs provide interactive user forums to support community interactions between students, professors, and teaching assistants (TAs).
